Ireland visited New York based tattoo artist Jon Boy on september 14, 2015, accompanied by his father Eric Baldwin to get a large tattoo of David Bowie — inspired by his Aladdin Sane album cover — on her upper left arm.

On July 29, 2015, Ireland got a matching "Baldwin" finger tattoo with her cousin Hailey Baldwin. The tats were inked by New York City-based tattoo artist Jon Boy.
