description

Join us at the Philadelphia's Independence Seaport Museum for our third annual Philadelphia Tattoo Convention of the year. Tattooers from around the world will be tattooing aboard the Olympia, the globe's oldest still floating metal warship.

Predominantly spotlighting traditional American tattooers, this event will also feature an array of artists applying vintage acetate stencils dating from as far back as the 1940's – truly period-correct, old school tattoos applied in the same assembly-line manner as they would have been in the golden age of American Tattooing. This lost art is rarely practiced anymore; therefore this event should prove to be a momentous occasion for any true tattoo enthusiast.

So come celebrate the rich history of American Tattooing by adding a new tattoo to your collection from one of the many talented artists in attendance
