Demi Lovato Has A New Lion Tattoo On Her Hand

The “Cool For the Summer” singer met up with artist Keith “Bang Bang” McCurdy, for a late-night tattoo session, getting a black and grey lion face tattooed on her right hand

Demi Lovato had quite the day on Tuesday. After attending the Time 100 Gala in New York, the pop star had a late-night tattoo session with Manhattan-based celebrity artist, Bang Bang.

The “Confident” singer has now a black and grey style lion portrait tattoo that takes up the majority of her right hand, documenting the process on Snapchat and Instagram Stories.

Less than a month ago Bang Bang also inked a very similar lion on Justin Bieber's left side of the chest.

4 years ago Cara Delevingne also got a lion tattoo on her right index finger by Bang Bang.

We certainly see the similarity, but Lovato was quick to call out anyone who thinks she’s a copycat:

“You can’t get a tattoo these days without someone saying you’ve copied someone or you’re ‘matching’ someone. That's not the case folks” 8:36 – 26 abr. 2017

She hasn’t said anything about the meaning of the tattoo yet, but we’re sure there’s a meaningful reason behind it.
